Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Hamburgers:

2 pounds ground beef, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 cup minced onions, 9-10 slices
bacon, 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese, 6 hamburger buns.

Fry bacon until crisp; crumble. Combine beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion and shape into 12 large,
thin patties. Top six patties with 1 tablespoon bacon and 1 tablespoon cheese (this is approximate-use what
looks right). Place remaining 6 patties on top of cheese/bacon topped patties and press edges to seal.
Grill or broil for 3-4 minutes per side until done. We like ours well done. The last 2 minutes of cooking top
patties with remaining bacon and cheese. Serve on buns.


Beef and Green Bean Skillet Dinner:

1  lb ground beef  1 (14 1/4  ounce) can French style green beans, drained (or 10oz. box frozen)  1  small
onion, diced  1 (14 1/2  ounce) can tomatoes, diced undrained  
1 (8  ounce) can tomato sauce  1-2  potato, peeled & diced (if in a hurry you can use a 14.5oz. can of potatos
drained)  

Cook ground beef and onion. Drain. Add all ingredients, salt & pepper to taste. If one can of tomato sauce is
not enough add another one depends on how saucy you like it.
Cover and cook until potatos are done. 1/2 an hour to 45 minute.



Beef Bundles:

1 pound hamburger, 1/2 cup diced onions, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 cup shredded cheese, 3/4 cup bbq
sauce, 2 (10 ounce) tubes pizza crust.

Heat oven to 425. Brown and drain hamburg and onion. Add seasoning, cheese and sauce.
Cut each pizza crust into 4 pieces and stretch out slightly. Divide meat mixture among crusts. Lift the four
corners of each to meet in the middle and press to join, leaving the sides open. Bake 12-14 minutes.


Beef Stroganoff:

1 1/2  lbs ground beef 1/2  onion, chopped 1  beef bouillon cube, Crushed  
1 (10 3/4  ounce) can cream of mushroom soup  1/2  cup milk 1/2  teaspoon garlic powder 1/2  tablespoon
ketchup 1 (4  ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/2  tablespoon dried parsley flakes 1/8  teaspoon
pepper 4  ounces sour cream  hot egg noodles  

In a large, deep skillet, Add onions and beef and brown until no longer pink.
Drain off fat.
Stir in Remaining Ingredients, except sour cream, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Stirring
Occasionaly.
Remove from heat when mixture thickens to desired consistency and let sit for a few minutes. Then add
sour cream and mix well until blended.
Serve immediately over hot noodles.
****EDIT: If you prefer your stroganoff mixture a little thinner, increase the milk from 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup.



Beef Taco Bake:

1 lb. ground beef, 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup, 1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa OR
Pace® Picante Sauce, 1/2 cup milk, 6 (8") flour tortillas, cut into 1" pieces OR 8 (6") corn tortillas, cut into 1"
pieces, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)

1. Cook beef in medium skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour
off fat.
2. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover.
3. Bake at 400°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.


Cheesy Mushroom Burgers:

3 Tbs. oil divided, 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, 1/4 cup finely chopped onions, 1 small clove garlic
minced, 1 pound ground beef, 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese, 3 Tbs. breadcrumbs, 2 Tbs. milk, 1/2
tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, 4 crusty french rolls toasted.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Sauté 5
minutes, stirring often, or until onions are soft. Scrape mixture into mixing bowl. Wipe out skillet with paper
towels. Combine mushroom mixture with beef, cheese, bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and thyme and mix
well. Form 4 ovals in shape and size of rolls. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in wiped out skillet on medium
high heat. Add burgers and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn with spatula and cook 4 to 5 minutes more, or to
desired doneness.


Creamy Cheeseburger Macaroni:

1 pound ground beef, 1 Tbs. dried onion flakes (optional), 3 1/4 cups water, 3/4 cup ketchup, 2 tsp. mustard,
12 ounces macaroni, 1 pound velvetta cheese cubed.

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet; drain well. Whisk together water, ketchup, and mustard in a
bowl. Pour over meat and bring to a boil. Add macaroni and turn heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for
10-12 minutes or until macaroni is cooked and almost all of the liquid is absorbed.
Stir in cubed Velveeta cheese until melted and distributed evenly.


Easy Cheesy Topped Burgers:

2 1/2  cups shredded cheddar cheese 8  slices cooked smoked streaky bacon, crumbled 1  cup chopped
spring onions 1/3  cup mayonnaise 2  tablespoons catsup 3  teaspoons hot pepper sauce (optional)  12  
frozen beef burger patties (3 pounds)  bread or hamburger buns, if desired  

Heat gas or charcoal grill, or oven grill. In a small bowl mix all ingredients except for the beef patties.
When the grill is heated, place frozen patties on the grill. Cover grill, and cook over medium heat 4 to 8
minutes, turning once, until the patties are nicely browned and cooked through.
Carefully top each patty with about some of the cheese mixture. Cook, covered, for 4 minutes longer, or
until cheese is melted. Serve on toasted bread.



Famous Meatballs:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 1 tsp. each of oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes
and salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and parsley, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs with cheese.

Place the ground beef ( 7% fat is best ) in a large mixing bowl. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Then place
eggs and bread crumbs in and mix well with your hands. Then put in all spices. The best thing to do is
sprinkle them over the mixutre evenly. I made the measurements the best I could, but I have never really
measured before. I only went by my own judgement. using a broiling pan so that the grease drips down
inside of it, roll your meatballs according to size. Bake for about 20 mins, turning the meatballs half way
through.


Frito Pie:

1 pound ground beef, 1 large onion chopped, 2 cloves garlic chopped, 1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
with juice, 3 Tbs. chili powder, 2 tsp. salt, 1 Tbs. sugar, 1 Tbs. worcestshire sauce, 1 (15 ounce) can kidney
beans undrained, Fritos, grated cheddar cheese.

Brown beef with onions and garlic. Drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, chili powder, sugr, salt and
worchestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Add beans, juice and all. Simmer uncovered for 15
minutes or until thick. Serve over Frito corn chips, rice or use for chili dogs. Top with grated cheddar
cheese for a special treat.
